I must write a negative review to Mr. Humphries as his lack of professionalism, and the way he spoke to me today and handle my purchase. I visited the store and was well impressed by salesperson. I bought a 2021 Jeep Cherokee and two days later felt I should drive a new Terrain instead paying (35,000 thousand for price and extended warranty financed together).

If you must go to Kent County Motors for your vehicle purchase, you need to be warned to steer clear of a Sales Rep RODNEY NICKLES. He is without a doubt a the worst salesperson I have ever encountered; he likes to tell his customers that they are “Ignorant.” When you call someone Ignorant, it’s not considered a compliment. In fact, those that use it are considered self-centered, pompous persons that feel superior to you. No wonder it’s often viewed as very offensive.

Hands down I had the best experience with Chris. He was honest, up front, identified things about the vehicle that I didn’t notice (small chip mark from shipping on door edge) and helped me schedule all of the fixes etc with zero stress on my end. If you want a vehicle with a stress free and honest environment I couldn’t recommend a better individual to work with.

I ordered a new truck in December 2021. After all the delays and constraints, I finally took delivery in June 2022. Without going into further details, Jeff kept me posted every step of the way. I was pleasantly surprised with dedication and effort that this team put into getting me into the car I wanted, not just pushing me into what they had. Although Jay was extremely busy he took the time to find out what I wanted and needed.
